Program Overview

The PhD Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies program from University of Essex gives students the opportunity to investigate theories and practices of organization in relation to work, management and the experience of employment. It is a full-time, 3-4 year program with a focus on research. Students will join the Organization Studies and Human Resource Management Group and will participate in the research activities of the group and its primary research center, the Centre for Work, Organisation and Society.
