Program Overview

This joint honors degree explores film alongside German language, history, and culture. Students will engage in film theory, criticism, and creative filmmaking while developing their German language proficiency. The program includes a year abroad in a German-speaking country for language immersion and cultural understanding. Graduates will have a deep understanding of film and German culture, preparing them for careers in the creative industries or further study.
