Obs Act - Obstetric Basic Simulation for Anaesthetic Core Trainees

Program Overview

Obs Act is a simulated labor ward experience for trainee anaesthetists. It provides a full day of risk-free practice in managing obstetric anaesthesia clinical scenarios and critical incidents. Trainees receive feedback on clinical and human factor aspects in a supportive learning environment, covering many of the clinical dilemmas they may encounter in their first few months covering labor ward.

It features a full day of risk-free practice at managing obstetric anaesthesia clinical scenarios and critical incidents, a systematic approach to management, and feedback on clinical and human factor aspects in a supportive learning environment. It includes many of the clinical dilemmas that you may well experience in your first few months covering labor ward.
