The Bachelor of Information Technology with a major in Networking provides students with the skills to build and manage complex networks to support businesses and governments in a competitive global market. The program is designed in collaboration with industry, ensuring that students acquire skills relevant for the cutting-edge IT careers of tomorrow. Students will undertake an industry-based project to solve a real-world problem, preparing them for a successful start to their career. The program is taught within a new computing precinct, complete with 14 purpose-built cybersecurity, networking, and gaming labs + VR space. Students will also have the opportunity to enhance their learning within a unique high-tech precinct and undertake internships with world-leading organizations located next door in the Macquarie Park Innovation District.
