Degree Overview:
This degree will equip students with the skills to compose electroacoustic music, including sound art, digital music, and computer music. Students will develop a strong understanding of compositional techniques and analysis, instrumentation and orchestration, music theory and aural training, and historical & cultural studies.

- Mandatory:
- Secondary or tertiary qualification: Applicants must hold a secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents) OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
- Alternatively: Applicants may be granted admission on the basis of having successfully undertaken tertiary studies in music at or above Diploma level to the equivalent of at least one year of study.
- Audition: This course requires applicants to pass the audition requirement. Please change your year selection to see scores for other years as an indicator, where available.
