Year 1
An introduction to the functions of business organisations, the business environment, key management skills, and competencies including information gathering and analysis, accounting, economics, marketing, and organisational behaviour.

Choose an additional option module that broadens skills or gains in-depth knowledge, possibly including a foreign language.
Level: 4 Credits
Year 2
Further learning about the contemporary business environment, sustainable business, operations, people management, and managerial functions.

Select three optional modules from a range of course and elective options, such as Project Management, Web-enabled Business, Ethics and Social Responsibility in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Corporate Governance, Entrepreneurial Practice, or a language module. Alternatively, students may opt for the WBS Study Abroad Experience or WBS Work Experience.
Level: 5 Credits
Optional Work Placement/Study Abroad Year
Between Years 2 and 3, there is an optional work placement or study abroad year. The work placement year provides full-time business work placement opportunities. Students have worked with various organizations including Barclays Bank, British Airways, Disney UK, IBM, and the National Health Service (NHS).
Year 3
Development of specialist knowledge through optional modules and application of critical and reflective approaches to address business challenges.

Students choose one track and one elective module, one track option from another track, or two independent option modules and one elective from several available track options:

Entry Requirements
International Requirements
- IB - 112 UCAS tariff points from the IB Diploma. We consider both points awarded for individual subjects in the IB Diploma and the overall point score when assessing the UCAS tariff score.
- A levels and International Baccalaureate – Equivalent points as for A level. You can refer to the UCAS calculator to determine your points.
- High school diploma from some countries with additional conditions (such as an associate degree, advanced diplomas, advanced placements in AP subjects, etc.)

Fees and Funding
International Students
- International Tuition Fees: £16,000 - (Full Time 2,700 for placement, year part of an extended programme)
