Program Overview

The PhD in Hispanic Literatures and Linguistics at UMass Amherst is designed for students aiming to become faculty members. Students can choose from five concentrations and will receive funding to complete the program. The program prepares graduates for careers in higher education within the field of Hispanic Literatures and Linguistics. It is offered by the Spanish, Portuguese, and Catalan Studies department at UMass Amherst.
