Program Overview

They gain a foundation in fluid mechanics, scientific computing, and materials science, with the flexibility to pursue specialty areas such as Biochemical Engineering or a certificate in Materials Engineering. In addition to classroom learning, students engage in NSF-funded research, work with faculty to create new chemotherapy drugs, and contribute to published academic papers.
