Program Overview

This program equips students with skills to analyze bioinformatic data in a clinical setting. It covers principles of informatics, the impact of bioinformatics on clinical genomics, and ethical, legal, and social issues. Upon completion, students can understand the use of bioinformatics in genomic data analysis and interpretation in a clinical context. They can also utilize the 100,000 Genomes Project data set if relevant to their research.
