Program Overview

This module explores the global impact of conflict and trauma on individuals and populations, examining the ethical and practical challenges of delivering trauma care in conflict zones and post-conflict periods. Students will learn about the management of combat injuries and gain an understanding of systems-wide approaches to managing conflict-related trauma, including the roles of governmental and non-governmental organizations. Through coursework and assessments, participants will develop critical appraisal and presentation skills while acquiring knowledge in the area of conflict trauma.
