Program Overview

First Contact is a six-day short course for primary and urgent care practitioners, enhancing their knowledge of common undifferentiated diagnoses and differential diagnoses. Through lectures, workshops, and tutorials, participants develop skills in patient safety, clinical decision-making, and comprehensive management planning, and are assessed through oral case-based presentations and essays. The course fosters collaborative learning and emphasizes the importance of managing uncertain and life-threatening presentations.
