Program Overview

The graduate program in Pathobiology & Molecular Medicine is a Ph.D. degree program that offers a course of study in biomedical research. The program combines contemporary investigative research in biomedical sciences with an understanding of human disease and the challenges of effective treatment. Students are exposed to both pathology and internal medicine, which are branches of medical science concerned with the study of the nature of human disease and its causes, and therapeutic strategies to prevent or cure human diseases, respectively. The program is administered by two clinical departments: Pathology and Internal Medicine.
