Program Overview

The Non-Profit and Community Leadership program at UC equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead in non-profit organizations, including community organizations, charities, and advocacy groups. Through core coursework, elective courses, and a practicum experience, students gain a fundamental understanding of organizational leadership, specific content knowledge in areas like gender and health, and practical experience in the field. The program prepares students for careers in the public sector or for graduate study in related fields.
