Program Overview

This certificate explores the experiences, identities, and cultural and political contributions of LGBTQ people in the US and around the world. Students will learn LGBTQ Studies concepts, vocabulary, and major theories, examine concrete, local, and global social justice issues, and even have the opportunity to complete an optional internship experience.
