Program Overview

The Communicating Science, Health, Environment & Risk Certificate at the University of Cincinnati equips students from various disciplines with skills in communicating complex scientific, health, and environmental information. It provides practical experience and prepares graduates for careers in health, medical, and environmental communication fields, such as public relations, marketing, community relations, and health education. The certificate requires 18 credit hours of prescribed courses and a minimum GPA of 2.0 in those courses.
