Program Overview
The Graduate Certificate in Biomedical Informatics is an interdisciplinary program that trains students to develop and apply computational methods to address current problems in biomedicine, as well as to design and implement clinical informatics systems. The program is a joint venture between the UC College of Medicine and UC College of Engineering & Applied Science, in partnership with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The curriculum is centered in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC), a world-class leader in pediatric healthcare.

Admission Requirements
Entry Requirements:
- Completed Baccalaureate Degree or higher (from accredited institution)
- Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
- Official transcripts from all previous institutions attended (unless already on file with the University of Cincinnati)
- Two letters of recommendation
