Program Overview

The GradCert Food Regulatory Affairs program, jointly awarded by Ulster University and University College Dublin, provides postgraduate training in food regulatory affairs through distance learning. It equips students with the knowledge and skills to assess food regulations, make informed judgments, and communicate effectively within the food industry. Graduates have excellent job prospects in areas such as food regulatory affairs, product development, and quality enhancement.
