Program Overview

The UCD Smurfit School's Diploma in Team Coaching equips experienced coaches with the skills to provide high-quality team coaching services. Through a blend of theoretical input, practical exercises, and experiential learning, participants develop their competence and confidence to work with the complex dynamics of teams in today's VUCA environment.
