Program Overview
The MSc Digital Policy program at UCD is a blend of online and face-to-face learning. It examines the institutional and public policy aspects of digital technology, as well as the underlying social and economic conditions that fuel such technologies and their governance. Students will acquire knowledge of digital policy issues and theories, as well as the ability to assess and implement digital policies through a multidisciplinary approach. The program offers both full-time (one year) and part-time (two years) options, leading to a thesis completion.

Entry Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants must hold a primary (bachelor's) degree in any subject with an overall score of 2.1 or higher.
- References: Names and contact details of two referees who can assess their intellectual ability, maturity, and motivation are required.
- English Language Proficiency: Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 7 (no band less than 6.5 in each element), or equivalent.
- Application Deadline: While applications are accepted up to August of the year of entry, offers are made to suitably qualified candidates on a first-come-first-served basis, so early application is recommended. Entry to the programmes is very competitive and the number of places is limited.

Huge and always expanding. Lots of course options and the professors care a lot about what they teach. Huge amount of students and clubs so there is something for everyone.
Finished my Masters in Food Safety here in 2019. Quality of education is pretty good. Facilities are on point. One of the better universities in Ireland. A lot of extra curricular activities organised all round the year. No racism or any other issue as per my experience. Teaching staff is quite knowledgeable. I loved my time there. 10/10
