Overview of the Law and Finance (M.Sc.) Program
The Law and Finance (M.Sc.) program is an interdisciplinary master's degree jointly offered by the School of Law and Trinity Business School. This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of law and finance, enabling them to tackle business challenges with expertise in both legal and financial aspects.

Admission Requirements
- An undergraduate honors Bachelor's degree of II.1 grade or higher in Business, Economics, or Law.
- English language requirements: Band B (Standard Entry)
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and admission is competitive.
Course Structure
- The program consists of 90 ECTS delivered over one academic year.
- 5 mandatory modules worth 30 ECTS
- Elective modules worth 30 ECTS
- A research dissertation worth 30 ECTS
- Assessment through a mixture of written exams and continuous assessment

- International Business Tax Law

- Financial Econometrics
- Research dissertation: an in-depth individual research study of a particular issue within the field of Law or Finance, supervised by academic leaders at the School of Law or School of Business.
