Program Overview
The Managing Risk and System Change (P.Grad.Cert) is a one-year, part-time course that provides a rigorous and practical focus on risk, change, and system design in operations, manufacturing, and services. The program is designed to supplement further education and career development without requiring an immediate commitment to a Master's degree.

Admission Requirements
Applicants are normally required to hold an Honours degree (at 2.1 level or higher) or equivalent and have at least three to four years of relevant professional experience. In exceptional circumstances, the Course Director may recommend candidates who do not fully meet these criteria but can demonstrate relevant work experience. Applicants may be asked to provide written samples or complete a piece of academic writing to support their application.
English Language Requirements
All applicants must provide official evidence of proficiency in the English language, meeting Band B (Standard Entry) requirements.
Course Structure
The Postgraduate Certificate consists of four modules and runs part-time over one academic year. Students who successfully complete all modules may take an additional year to complete a further three modules for the award of Postgraduate Diploma.
Course Content
The program provides a stimulating online learning experience with a structured yet flexible approach. Students will have access to weekly materials using a virtual learning environment and the opportunity to engage with other students and lecturers through online discussion boards.
