Program Overview
Overview of the CPD Programme in Workplace Wellbeing
The CPD Programme in Workplace Wellbeing is designed to introduce participants to a socio-technical systems model of workplace wellbeing. This course aims to provide students with an understanding of what workplace wellbeing is and how it can be measured, as well as the ability to conceptualise the organisation as a socio-technical system with wellbeing as a key outcome.
Course Objectives
The course objectives include:
- Understanding what workplace wellbeing is and how it can be measured
- Conceptualising the organisation as a socio-technical system with wellbeing as a key outcome
- Understanding the psychosocial, organisational, contextual, and societal factors influencing wellbeing
- Appreciating leadership and change management strategies needed to design and deliver effective wellbeing initiatives
- Applying knowledge to evaluate wellbeing initiatives

- Organisational psychology and wellbeing

Course Structure
The course is a seven-week programme, divided into seven sessions. Each session is designed to be completed over the course of a week and will comprise several offline learning elements, complemented by a one-hour live webinar.

Course Fees
The course fee is €1,500.
Admission Requirements
For the best online experience, it is recommended to use Chrome as the default browser, along with a USB (or other) headset with a built-in microphone.
Certificate of Completion
On successful completion of the course, participants will be provided with a Certificate of Completion.
Course Presenters
The course is presented by Assistant Professor Sam Cromie and Assistant Professor Siobhán Corrigan of Trinity College Dublin, along with relevant industry professionals where applicable.
