Program Overview

The MSc Organisational Psychology pathway is designed for students without a prior BPS-accredited Psychology degree. The 12-month program focuses on developing practitioners in occupational psychology who can positively impact people and organizations. Through a research-based approach, students acquire essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for careers in organizational psychology, human resource management, and related fields. Graduates are equipped to drive change, enhance well-being, and ultimately contribute to the effectiveness of organizations.
