Program Overview

BITS Pilani offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. programs in specialized research areas of Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering or allied disciplines are eligible to apply. Admission is based on an interview process. Full-time Ph.D. students receive a monthly stipend and are expected to perform teaching assistantships.
