Program Overview

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Transport program, accredited by the CAA UAE, prepares students to become navigating officers onboard ships. It covers the academic requirements of the STCW convention up to Master's level and includes practical seagoing service. Graduates possess a strong knowledge base in marine transport, navigation, and technology, along with essential seamanship, communication, and navigation skills. They are equipped to pursue successful careers as merchant navy deck officers.
