Program Overview

The Bachelor of Quality Management program at HCT empowers students with expertise in quality management techniques, fostering customer loyalty and maximizing business excellence. It offers two concentrations in Lean Management and Statistical Analysis, preparing graduates for careers in manufacturing and service-oriented industries. With a focus on applied learning, the program features a mandatory Research Project and a one-year Work Experiential Learning opportunity, equipping students with practical skills and industry knowledge.
