Program Overview

The Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program at UAEU is a four-year blended part-time program designed to enhance the professional practice of senior managers and produce research-oriented leaders in change management. The program consists of two stages, with coursework focusing on research philosophies and methods in the first stage and a DBA thesis in the second. Graduates possess advanced capabilities in critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and ethical decision-making, enabling them to contribute state-of-the-art knowledge to their organizations.
