This comprehensive program trains field supervisors and personnel to excel as well site supervisors. Combining online activities, live virtual instruction, and practical application, it equips participants with the knowledge and skills to lead revenue-generating teams at well sites, using industry-validated competencies. The program is designed to develop employees into effective well site supervisors who can manage operations and optimize well performance.

This program is designed to develop employees into the functional role of a Well Site Supervisor. It combines self-paced online activities with live virtual instruction and practical workshop application.
