Program Overview

Artificial Lift for Unconventional Wells - ALUW teaches students about different artificial lift methods. Students will learn how to evaluate, select, and stage these methods to enhance productivity in unconventional wells. The course focuses on optimizing production and recovery of these wells by selecting suitable artificial lift technologies and related surface facilities. Participants will also learn the principles and practices of managing challenges and issues commonly encountered during an unconventional well's life cycle.
