Program Overview
This negotiation course enhances interpersonal skills for resolving organizational issues. Participants identify their negotiation styles and learn techniques to navigate disagreements effectively. Through interactive workshops, they practice their skills and develop strategies to optimize negotiation outcomes in various industry settings. The course is available as a private, on-site seminar upon request.
Program Outline
The course includes a Negotiating Style Profile self-assessment to determine your preferred negotiation style(s). Various tools and techniques are used to negotiate differences and disagreements to produce positive results. A group workshop conducting a collaborative negotiation, allows attendees to engage in, comment on, and improve their competencies in negotiation skills.
Target Audience:
Petroleum industry personnel who are responsible for negotiating the best possible terms of an agreement in public and private sectors and those negotiating resources and deliverables in projects and programs.
