Program Overview

This four-month specializing course provides engineers and architects with the skills to become project managers in construction works, specializing in contract management. It covers project management, contract management, and claim management and delay analysis. Graduates will be prepared for PMI certification exams and careers in construction project management and contract management. The program includes a unit based on the PMI Project Management Institute course, providing students with a recognized industry standard for project management.
