This specializing master course aims to equip engineers and architects with the essential tools of project management.
Objectives:
- To provide a comprehensive understanding of project management theory, investment valuation, and financial accounting.
- To prepare students for obtaining PMI (Project Management Institute) and IPMA (International Project Management Association) certifications.
- To equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management.
- To enable students to become Lean Green Belt Project Leaders.
- To prepare students to become accredited project managers in Italy with Accredia.
- To provide in-depth knowledge about digitization in the construction industry and data analysis, including the use of Matlab for data management.
- To develop soft skills, including leadership and communication, essential for effective project management.
