Objectives:

  • To prepare students for obtaining PMI (Project Management Institute) and IPMA (International Project Management Association) certifications.
  • To equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management.
  • To enable students to become Lean Green Belt Project Leaders.
  • To prepare students to become accredited project managers in Italy with Accredia.
  • To provide in-depth knowledge about digitization in the construction industry and data analysis, including the use of Matlab for data management.
