This specializing master course aims to equip both engineers and architects with the essential tools of project management.
- To equip students with the knowledge and skills to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- To introduce students to the theory of project management, investment valuation, and financial accounting.
- To prepare students for obtaining PMI (Project Management Institute) and IPMA (International Project Management Association) certifications.
- To enable students to become Lean Green Belt Project Leaders.
Assessment:
- No intermediate tests are scheduled.
- A dissertation, comprising 250 working hours, is required at the end of the course.
- The dissertation topic will be assigned to students after the lecture period.
- The dissertation will be reviewed and evaluated by the academic committee.

- The program consists of 522 hours of lectures, divided into 382 hours of project management subjects and 140 hours of BIM management.
