The program focuses on providing students with the knowledge and expertise to successfully pass the PMI (Project Management Institute) exams and obtain their certifications. It covers various aspects of contract management in international construction works, including:
- Project Management: The program includes a unit on project management based on the PMI Project Management Institute course.
- Contract Management: The program delves into specific aspects of contract management, covering different types of contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC) and highlighting the distinctions between FIDIC books (Red, Pink, Yellow, and Silver).
- Claim Management and Delay Analysis: Students will be introduced to the fundamental principles and tools of claim management and delay analysis.
