The Product Service System Design (PSSD) program at Politecnico di Milano is a two-year Master's degree program (equivalent to an MSc) taught in English. It aims to train highly qualified designers who can navigate the complexities of product-service systems (PSS). PSS are integrated blends of products, communication strategies, services, and spaces, created and managed by various stakeholders (companies, institutions, associations, etc.) to offer innovative solutions. The program emphasizes the development of skills to creatively conceive and manage integrated product, service, event, and communication strategies. It utilizes a wide design toolkit and incorporates elements of project management, supply chain management, sustainability, anthropology, ethnography, communications, and media.
