Program Overview

This part-time BEng (Hons) Food Engineering program from the University of Lincoln trains students for careers in the food and beverage industry. Delivered through blended distance learning and three annual study blocks, the program equips students with the knowledge and skills to design, manage, and optimize food production processes and systems. By combining theoretical lessons with practical sessions and industry-connected projects, the program prepares graduates for roles in infrastructure, asset care, production management, and process development.
