Program Overview

The Award in Performance Management equips learners with advanced insights into managing performance in organizations. Through exams, projects, and reflective journals, learners demonstrate their understanding of performance measurement and management, preparing them for careers in finance and related fields. The program is recognized by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority and is intended for individuals aged 18+ aspiring to work or already working in finance.
