Program Overview

The Award in Coaching and Mentoring at Central Mediterranean Business School equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively coach and mentor in the workplace. Through a combination of face-to-face and work-based learning, students learn various models and tools for enhancing coaching abilities, managing teams, and improving productivity. The program covers topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills, and leads to a Level 7 qualification recognized by the Malta Qualifications Framework.
