Program Overview

The Award in Mental Health at the Place of Work is a Level 5 program designed for individuals working or aspiring to work in HR. This 2-month program focuses on the assessment and management of mental health in the workplace, equipping learners with the knowledge and skills to mitigate its impact on employees, teams, and overall organizational success. Assessed through assignments, the program is offered in English with both face-to-face and work-based learning options starting in October 2024.
