Program Overview
This Award in Educational Theories in Practice provides educators with a deep understanding of educational theories to help them analyze and critique practices, design research-informed curriculum, and evaluate theories of learning and development. The 1-month program, starting in July 2024, is assessed through a reflective journal and is offered in English at the Central Mediterranean Business School.
Program Outline
It is designed for educators in practice, equipping them with the knowledge to analyze and critique theories and practices of educational leadership and management.
Objectives:
Learners will develop the ability to:
- Explain educational theories to learners.
- Design research-informed curriculum.
- Formulate educational arguments.
- Reflect on their own professional development and educational practice.
- Evaluate theories of learning and development in Education.
- Work effectively with others.
Assessment:
The program is assessed through a reflective journal.
