Program Overview

The Award in Strategic Planning and Management from Central Mediterranean Business School is a two-month program designed for professionals with two years of experience who hold a Bachelor's degree and have an excellent command of written English. The program provides learners with the knowledge and skills to develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor strategic plans within their workplace, and is assessed through an individual presentation and report.
