Entry Requirements

• For entry onto this qualification, learners must possess:
• Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 diploma or an equivalent recognised qualification
• The learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course.

Module Structure

This Diploma in IT Level 6 from OTHM consists of 6 mandatory units for a combined total of 120 credits

Progression

Successful completion of a Diploma in IT provides learners with the opportunity for a wide range of academic progressions including progression to relevant OTHM Level 7 Diplomas. This Level 6 Diploma in IT has been developed with career progression and professional recognition in mind. As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual, (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) learners are eligible to gain direct entry into a relevant Master’s degree programme.
