The Master's course in Information Architecture & User Experience Design aims to address the increasing demand for professionals in the digital revolution. The course is offered in a blended learning format (online and on-campus), with a fully online option also available. It targets university students and communication professionals needing to understand digital information dynamics, as well as graphic designers, developers, and project managers seeking to expand their skill sets. The program is open to anyone wanting to improve their digital business effectiveness.

The thematic areas covered in the Master's program include: Ethnographic research; Information architecture; Codesign; Crosschannel User Experience; Fundamentals of visual design; Fundamentals of cognitive psychology; Interaction design; Functional Design; Rapid prototyping techniques; Fundamentals of data modeling; Fundamentals of Project management; Search Engine Optimization (SEO); Fundamentals of Digital Marketing; Introduction to markup languages and coding fundamentals; Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence; Social media design; and Test with users. The course duration is one year, starting in January, and is offered in a blended learning format in Milan. A 3-6 month optional internship is also available.
