Program Overview

The OTHM Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice prepares learners with strategic management and leadership skills for translating organizational strategy into operational performance. Designed for mature learners, it combines practical skill development and theoretical fundamentals, with the flexibility for full-time, part-time, and distance learning. Upon completion, learners can progress to DBA/DProf/PhD programs or directly into associated professions.
