Successful completion awards a Master in Physical Activity and Health degree from the enrolled university. The general objective is to provide knowledge on human body structure and function, sports nutrition, and the principles of sports training and planning. Specific objectives include: acquiring a global view of human anatomy and physiology and its changes during physical activity; applying nutritional assessment methods and body building to athletes; understanding nutrition, dietetics, food features, and ergogenic aids, and designing nutritional plans; identifying psychological factors in sports performance and eating disorders; understanding training and sports techniques and planning, implementing, and evaluating training plans.

The Master's program has a total of 90 credits and is divided into two parts:
