The general objectives are for students to be able to: Design and schedule training activities based on the teaching context and other required training activities. Guide and organize learning processes, not just transmit knowledge. Adapt training actions to individual employee characteristics and needs. Evaluate both the employee's formative process and acquired skills and competencies. Evaluate teaching performance to improve training. Incorporate changes resulting from economic or technological developments into teaching. Work autonomously and critically. Apply communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. Organize and regulate their lifelong learning process. The program is intended for trainers who wish to work in continuing education or improve their existing skills in the field.

The Expert in Continuing Education Training program lasts 6 months and consists of 24 credits. The degree is granted by The European University of the Atlantic. One ECTS credit equals 10-15 hours. The relationship between credits and hours may vary for students enrolled in a university outside the European Higher Education Area (EEES). The program emphasizes flexibility and personal autonomy, with continued mentor advice and interaction with peers and tutors.
