The Specialization in Coaching degree offers a perspective inspired by Ontological, Systemic, and Transformational visions. Coaching is defined as a process of reflective and creative accompaniment to help clients achieve specific objectives and maximize their personal and professional potential. The program aims to educate professionals in the Coaching discipline, developing and consolidating their competencies and skills as Coaches. It delves into tools for improvement in development, change, and accompaniment processes. The training is closely connected to professional practice, addressing theoretical bases, fields of application, and methodological models. The program also covers tools useful during guidance and coaching processes; the competencies of a Coach aligned with International Coach Federation (ICF) standards; and practical coaching sessions supervised by professors, tutors, and coaches. The program's general objective is to train professionals in Coaching, developing their competencies and skills, and providing tools for improvement in development and accompaniment processes within conceptual and methodological approaches supporting Coaching for change, development, and personal growth. Specific objectives include: identifying and understanding the Coach's role; distinguishing and applying different coaching models; developing competencies based on the ICF's 11 key competencies and values; using linguistic, emotional, and body tools in the coaching process; and leading coaching processes to help coachees achieve personal and professional objectives.

Origins and Theoretical Foundations of Coaching (3 credits):
Covers origins, philosophical principles, Ontological Vision applied to Coaching, systems thinking, and the Coaching process.
Disciplinary Sources in Support of Coaching (3 credits):
Explores main sources of Coaching support, understanding a person's dimensions, interaction and communication, conceptions of life and existence, and the current structure of Coaching.
Competencies of the Coach (4 credits):
Focuses on Coach competencies, linguistic, emotional, and corporal dimensions.
Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming (5 credits):
Introduces NLP, sensory representation systems, communication strategies and tools, rapport building, resource states, learning styles, and the unified field of NLP.
Tools for the Coach (5 credits):
Covers the concept of tools, linguistic tools, NLP tools, other tools and resources, and the Myers-Briggs.
Mindfulness and Coaching (5 credits):
Explores Mindfulness and Coaching, basic Mindfulness concepts, Mindfulness-Based Interventions (IBM), Mindfulness training and practices, and its application to the Coaching process.
The Coaching Process (5 credits):
Covers the Coach-Coachee relationship, the Coaching Process, preliminary phases, objective and value definition, present reality assessment, action definition, and process closure.
Settings for Coaching Applications (4 credits):
Defines areas of Coaching application by client type and objective (personal, entrepreneurs, nutritional, couples, team, and sports coaching).
Coaching Marketing and Personal Branding (3 credits):
Covers general marketing principles, marketing services applied to Coaching, personal marketing and branding, and marketing plans for Coaching activities, including online resources.
Part 2: Coaching in Action: Supervised Coaching Process (10 credits):
This part involves a practical subject where students apply tools, strategies, and competencies learned through supervised coaching processes.
Teaching:
The program uses a methodology that integrates knowledge and skills acquisition through integrative exercises and project practices. The teaching staff includes several Doctors and Masters-level instructors with expertise in psychology, coaching, NLP, education, and human resources. The program includes supervised coaching sessions.
