The Master in Criminal Psychology. Specialization in Forensic Psychology trains experts in criminal behavior to perform psychological expert reports in criminal proceedings. Criminal Psychology, as a scientific discipline, studies criminal behavior and has worked closely with the law since the late 19th century. Forensic Psychology, a branch of Criminal Psychology, provides the necessary psychological knowledge for courts to make decisions about defendants' accountability, procedural capabilities, and the credibility of testimonies. The master's degree offers a professional approach, connecting training with the professional context through its didactic approach, experienced teaching staff, and tutors with experience in the judicial field. The program aims to provide students with applied, advanced, and specialized knowledge in legal and forensic psychology, enabling them to address various problems in the field, make autonomous decisions, understand imputability in criminal cases, assess victims of crime, check the legal consequences of psychopathological disorders, apply intervention strategies in criminal justice, manage documentary sources for judicial assessments, and intervene in the assessment and treatment of inmates.   • Block 1: Criminology (24 credits): Includes General Criminology, Special Criminology, Criminal Structure, Legal Medicine, and Drug Addiction.
  • Block 2: Criminal Psychology (22 credits): Covers Criminal Psychology, Criminal Personality, Juvenile Delinquency, Psychology of Terrorism, and Sects.
  • Block 3: Forensic Psychology (25 credits): Includes Criminal Psychological Assessment, Forensic Psychopathology, Criminal Behavior Treatment, Legal Psychology, and Family Violence.
  • Block 4: Internship (6 credits): Consists of a supervised face-to-face internship.
  • Block 5: Scientific Research Methods and Master’s Degree Final Project (13 credits): Includes Scientific Research Methodology and the Master’s Degree Final Project.
