Outline:
The program is structured into four modules:
- Module 1: The fundamentals of project-based working: This module explores the differences between project management and portfolio management, links project-based working with organizational structure, and identifies potential project pitfalls and success factors.
- Module 2: Project planning and network analysis: This module covers network planning techniques, resource management, simulated cases on project performance and risk analysis, and an exploration of project planning software.
- Module 3: Project performance management and project control: This module focuses on risk management, the project baseline schedule, project performance measurement, and follow-up.
- Module 4: Teamwork and people management skills: This module explores team building, interaction styles, communication within a team, and self-assessment of strengths and weaknesses.
