Outline:

The program is structured across five modules, followed by a half-day sounding board session: It explores how digital technology can enhance product/service delivery and create a competitive advantage, using real-life examples of successful customer journey approaches driven by AI and big data.

  • Module 4: A customer and innovation-focused culture: This module addresses barriers to cultural change, transforming employee resistance into customer curiosity, motivation, and engagement.
  • It focuses on building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and risk-taking.
  • Module 5: Capturing value through innovative pricing: This module covers defining a value-based pricing strategy aligned with company objectives, maximizing the value of customer interactions, and drawing inspiration from start-up pricing and digital natives.
  • Sounding board: A half-day session where participants implement what they've learned in their own project, receive feedback from Vlerick experts and peers, and learn from others tackling similar challenges.
  • The program schedule for the upcoming edition is: March 31, April 1-2, April 3 (AM), with the sounding board session on May 26 or 27, 2025.
